Migrants evade Texas floating barrier

CNN is at the US border in Texas where migrants could be seen swimming and walking around a floating barrier that the Justice Department claims violates federal law. The DOJ gave Texas a deadline of Monday at 2 p.m. ET to commit to the removal of the floating border barriers or face legal action, according to a letter sent to Texas Gov. Greg Abbott.
