Citizen takes down suspect after he fled police

Bodycam video captured the moment a bystander tackled a suspect fleeing from police in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Police say the suspect was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and felony warrants in a neighboring county.
