DOJ: Bannon’s flip on testifying is ‘irrelevant’

Federal prosecutors called Steve Bannon’s willingness to now testify before the House select committee a “last-minute” effort that doesn’t change the case against him and “irrelevant”, pointing out that he has not produced subpoenaed records. Bannon is currently set to go to trial on July 18. #CNN #News
